Visit Software Informer review page of the product in order to obtain a link to the official download of the application, click the Download button and save the .zip file to your computer. The application is already an executable file and you only need to extract it from the archive. I suggest you to use WinRAR or WinZip for this purpose.

Qbasic for Windows doesn't have a set of commands. It's actually a mini-IDE where you can enter Qbasic programming language to create programs.


You'll have to Google the QBasic language to see exactly what are the instructions that you have to use.
